The guiding mission of Nativity BVM CYO is the participation of as many parish children as possible in athletic competition within a Christian context. Through CYO sports, children are provided with opportunities to grow in their faith through the guidance, direction and coaching by adult Christian men and women. The goal is to form friendships, learn through sports, and to deal graciously with both victory and defeat.

Spring Sports Registration
This is our 2025 CYO spring sports registration form. We will offer co-ed volleyball for 9th-12th grade and track for 3rd-8th grade (3rd graders must be born in 2015 to participate). The cost for each sport is as follows:

Payments can be made through credit card. Please visit our registration store to add your player’s sport to cart and proceed to checkout. You still need to fill out the form below to register for the season. By submitting this form, you are signing your approval of the waiver form and code of conduct.

All those who minister and serve the children of our parish must fulfill all of the Safe Environment requirements. Archdiocesan policy requires that volunteers who may have any possible contact with children complete the following background checks and training.

2025 Golf Outing
Join us at Paxon Hollow Country Club for a golf outing in support of Nativity BVM CYO. Our 2025 golf outing will be held on September 18th.
This is our largest fundraiser and critical to the success of the CYO program. We are grateful to the local businesses for sponsorships that supports the outing each and every year.
